The system has surface heating/cooling modules (1, 2) each including a heat-insulating lower layer (3) and a heat-conducting upper layer (5), where the upper layer is connected with the lower layer by an integrated heat-conducting carrier pipe (4). An end (7) of the heat-conducting carrier pipe of one heating/cooling module is coupled to an end (9) of the heat-conducting carrier pipe of the other heating/cooling module by a connector (10), where the thickness each heating/cooling module is about 20-25mm.
