<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a packaging bag including a laminated film which has satisfactory tearability, shape retainability and aroma retainability while maintaining the content denaturalization resistance and heat sealability needed for packaging a content and further which can be rapidly formed. <P>SOLUTION: The packaging bag is composed of a laminated body in which at least an adhesive layer and a sealant layer are laminated on a base film in this order. The sealant layer is composed of the laminated film having a tearablility imparted layer on a heat-sealable resin layer. The heat-sealable resin layer is composed of a polyolefin-based resin, the tearability imparted layer is composed of a resin composition containing a cycloolefin copolymer and a crystalline resin.
