<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fishing bait of natural properties, easy to diffuse odor that stimulates fish, and well-serviceable on the fishhook. <P>SOLUTION: The fishing bait is such that: the surface of a pasty base made of a material with both tackiness and coagulability is attached with a bait exposed outside the surface; wherein the base is planar, and the bait is attached onto one or both sides of the base. The fishing bait has been frozen with or without being packaged.
