<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical device having a sealing layer that uses an organosiloxane composition having high heat resistance and light resistance and excellent gas barrier property and cold-thermal shock resistance. <P>SOLUTION: The optical device uses an organopolysiloxane composition as a sealing agent. The composition shows a moisture permeability of 30 g/m<SP POS="POST">2</SP>/24h or less after cured. The organopolysiloxane composition comprises: (A) a polyhedral polysiloxane modified product obtained by modifying an alkenyl group-containing polyhedral polysiloxane compound (a) with a compound (b) having a hydrosilyl group; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule; and (C) an organosilicon compound having one alkenyl group or hydrosilyl group in one molecule. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
