POWER STORAGE CELL WITH EXPLOSION-PROOF FUNCTION AND POWER STORAGE MODULE WITH EXPLOSION-PROOF FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power storage cell with an explosion-proof function capable of promptly detecting presence or absence of a crack of a container with a relatively simple configuration.

SOLUTION: A plurality of power storage cells 11 are stacked and arranged in a power storage module. Stack plates are interposed between those power storage cells 11. The stack plate is provided with a cutting blade 61 which comes into contact with a container 46 inflated by an increase in the internal pressure and cuts the container 46. A working point of the cutting blade 61 on the container 46 is provided with a wire 71 for detecting a crack. A voltage detecting circuit 72 is connected to the wire 71 for detecting a crack . When the container 46 of the power storage cell 11 is cut under abnormal conditions, a change in the electrical characteristics of the wire 71 for detecting a crack is detected by the voltage detecting circuit 72.
