<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a difference in capacitance value due to arrangement of capacitive elements. <P>SOLUTION: A semiconductor device comprises: a first capacitive element 22 including a first wiring 12a extending in a first direction and a second wiring 14a provided so as to face the first wiring via an insulator; and a second capacitive element 24 including a third wiring 16a that is electrically connected to the first wiring and is provided so as to extend in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a fourth wiring 18a that is electrically connected to the second wiring and is provided so as to face the third wiring via the insulator. The first wiring, the second wiring, the third wiring, and the fourth wiring are provided in the same wiring layer.
