<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement a PCI bus system which does not support hot-swap, and is capable of restarting control without restarting a controller when only a power source on the controlled board side is turned off and then turned on again. <P>SOLUTION: In the PCI bus system including a PCI bus slave which can be controlled from a PCI bus master by having a configuration register set thereto from the PCI bus mater via a PCI bus, the PCI bus slave includes: a nonvolatile memory where set contents of the configuration register are stored; and a reconfiguration circuit which stores set contents of the configuration register into the memory after the end of configuration from the PCI bus master and, when only a power source on the PCI bus slave side is turned on again, reads out the set contents of the configuration register from the memory to set them to the configuration register again. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
