INTERCOM SYSTEM FOR MULTIPLE DWELLING HOUSE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system for a multiple dwelling house capable of preventing utilities-related secondary disaster of earthquake.

SOLUTION: A warning monitoring panel 13 transmits an earthquake warning command to an intercom master station 11, on receiving an earthquake detection signal based on an emergency earthquake flash from the side of a wide area network 20. The intercom master station 11 outputs a predetermined earthquake warning and transmits a shutdown command to a utilities meter 16 to shut down utilities, on receiving the earthquake warning command.
