<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a planting container requiring no buoyant body as a separated body from the planting container or a hydroponic device performing buoyancy adjustment by freely attaching and detaching the buoyant body. <P>SOLUTION: The hydroponic device is obtained by combining a planting container 2 with a liquid storage container 1 for storring culture solution P to be supplied to plants in the planting container 2 and holding the planting container 2 in a floating condition in the culture solution P. In the planting container 2, a planting chamber 3 having a flow part 5 on a bottom wall 4, and a circular float chamber 7 surrounding the planting chamber 3 and opened downward are integrally formed. Since the circular float chamber 7 is divided into a plurality of small chambers 7a by partition walls 8 set at a prescribed interval in a circumferential direction, even when the planting container 2 in the floating condition inclines, it is prevented that air flows out all at once from the whole of the circular float chamber 7, and the culture solution invades into the whole circular float chamber so as to prevent unwilling inclination and overthrow of the planting container 2.
