<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal storage device for heating in which its structure is simple, the heat exchange efficiency is high, and the thermal storage for heating is efficient, and to provide an operating method thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The thermal storage device for heating includes a thermal storage material consisting of sodium acetate trihydrated salt (CH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>COONa(3H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O)) for storing the latent heat based on phase transformation between a liquid phase and a solid phase, a thermal storage tank 12 for storing the thermal storage material, and heat exchange pipes 22, 23 embedded in the thermal storage material in the thermal storage tank 12. There is provided a bottom portion heater 24 for heating the thermal storage material on a bottom portion of the thermal storage tank 12. A vertically erected tubular member 26 for convection is provided on a center part of the thermal storage tank 12. The thermal energy is given/received according to the phase transformation of the thermal storage material between the thermal storage material in the thermal storage tank 12 and heating media in the heat exchange pipes 22, 23. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
