<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monetary claim information browsing reception device and a monetary claim information browsing reception method that receive a browsing request of electronically recorded monetary claim information stored in a recording ledger, taking into consideration the psychological resistance of a user of an electronically recorded monetary claim. <P>SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of a request from a customer for browsing electronically recorded monetary claim information stored in a recording ledger, the monetary claim information browsing reception device provides the monetary claim information for browsing, excluding information concerning stakeholders who become creditors after a stakeholder who obtains the monetary claim from another stakeholder to whom the customer requesting for browsing the monetary claim information transfers the monetary claim, in information concerning stakeholders contained in the monetary claim data stored in the recording ledger received from an electronic monetary claim recording institution system.
