<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a form creation/transmission device, a form creation/transmission method and a form creation/transmission program capable of avoiding a risk that the credibility of a transmission side is lost while realizing workload reduction and cost reduction on the transmission side. <P>SOLUTION: A form creation/transmission device in the embodiment, based on a CSV file holding bill data written on a bill, starts to create a PDF file relating to the bill on which the bill data is written at a PDF creation start date, starts to create an e-mail which contains the created PDF file and whose destination is a previously acquired mail address associated with the bill at a mail creation start date, and transmits the created e-mail. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
