PURPOSE: A pipe penetration sleeve fixture for construction and a sleeve fixing stand are provided to enable an operator to easily perform concrete placement by fixing a sleeve using a fixing wing. CONSTITUTION: A pipe penetration sleeve fixture for construction comprises a sleeve fixing large(50) and a connecting member(40). The sleeve fixing part is installed in the upper side of an aluminum mold(60). The sleeve fixing part comprises a fixing hole on the center part, and a projecting ring(51), a fixing wing(53), an inclined guide plane, and a vertical projection on the outer circumference. The fixing wing is projected on the outer circumference of the projection ring in order to fix the inner circumference of the sleeve. The connecting member is installed in the upper side of the fixing hole of the sleeve fixing part. The connecting member comprises a screw shaft connecting female screw(41) and a fixed axis(42). A screw shaft(20) is combined with the screw shaft connecting female screw. The fixed axis is fixed with a nut(43) through the fixing hole and aluminum mold.
