PURPOSE: A fence assembling clamp is provided to give strong coherence and to enable a user to easily assemble and disassembly a fence structure. CONSTITUTION: A fence assembling clamp comprises a clamp body(11), a rotating body(12), and a pair of clamping members(20). A lateral support of a fence structure is located in the internal space of the clamp body. The clamp body has the U-shaped cross section in order to surround the lateral support. The rotating body is installed in one side of the clamp body to rotate. The clamping member is installed in both end part of the clamp body. First and second elastic hook units(22,23) are formed both ends of the clamping member. The first and second elastic hook units apply elastic force to opposite directions.
