A washing/drying machine which can purifies water while performing the washing process and can achieve water saving in the drying process by using filtered water for dehumidification. The washing/drying machine (1) comprises a washing water tank (3), circulation water channels (55, 57, 26, 59) for circulating water in the washing water tank (3), a circulation pump (25) provided in the circulation water channel, a filter unit (15) for capturing foreign matters in the water circulating the circulation water channel, a gas/liquid mixer (27) for mixing purification air containing ozone generated from an ozone generator (19) into the circulating water, a drying air duct (20) used in the drying process, an air supplying/heating means (70) for circulating air in the washing water tank (3) through the drying air duct (20) in the drying process, an air duct water supply path (24) for supplying the water filtered by the filter unit (15) to the drying air duct (20) for the purpose of dehumidification, and a drying pump (23) for delivering the water filtered by the filter unit (15) through the air duct water supply path.
