PURPOSE: A regenerative cooling-and-heating and hot water supply system is provided to improve the performance and operating efficiency by heating or cooling a refrigerant flowing in a refrigerant cycle with a heat storage material. CONSTITUTION: A regenerative cooling-and-heating and hot water supply system comprises an outdoor unit(1), an indoor unit(2), a heat storage unit(5), and a functional unit(6). The outdoor unit comprises an outdoor heat exchanger and a main compressor. The indoor unit comprises a water-refrigerant heat exchanger(21) that evaporates or condenses the refrigerant. The heat storage unit has regenerative materials(51) which save or emit energy by heat exchange with the refrigerant. Depending on operating condition, the functional unit controls the movement of refrigerant among the outdoor unit, the indoor unit, and the heat storage unit.
