<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an RFID tag capable of accurately reading and writing information about process control by maintaining a predetermined communication distance even when it is stuck to a workpiece passing in a process line in a harsh environment. <P>SOLUTION: In a resin case 10 made of PPS resin, an upper storage groove 11a is formed in an upper resin case 11, and a lower storage groove 12a is formed in a lower resin case 12. The upper resin case 11 and lower resin case 12 are combined while an upper end surface 11b and a lower end surface 12b are slightly shifted from each other, then the upper resin case 11 is fixed to the lower resin case 12 by heating by ultrasonic wave. An inlet port of the lower storage groove 12a is used as a saucer, and an inlet (not shown) can be easily inserted between the upper storage groove 11a and lower storage groove 12a. After the inlet is stored in the resin case 10, a sealing resin agent having thermal resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance is injected from the inlet ports of the upper storage groove 11a and lower storage groove 12a, and is thermally cured. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
