PURPOSE: A drying and storage device for agricultural and marine products is provided to prevent the convection of air for flowing the inflow air at the high temperature to an air inducing plate. CONSTITUTION: A drying and storage device for agricultural and marine products comprises the following: a fresh air inflow duct(9) installed on the upper side of an air inlet passage(B) for flowing fresh air; an air inlet port(10) for flowing the fresh air into indoor; a blowing fan(11) inserting the fresh air into an agricultural and marine product drying chamber(A); a heating device(12) formed with a copper fin plate heater for producing hot air by heating the air; an air current forming unit(13) controlling the speed of the hot air; an air inducing plate(14) flowing the hot air into the drying chamber; a sensor(15) detecting the temperature and the humidity of the hot air; a waste air circulating passage(16) for circulating waste air; a waste air discharge duct(17) for discharging the waste air; a waste air intake duct(18) including a waste air intake damper(18a); and a controller(21) for controlling the blowing fan, the heating device, and the waste air intake damper. |
