<p>According to the present invention, a cost function is created such that it depends on at least a first term and a second term which have a mutual relationship between them. The cost function is also so configured that it is easy to expand to cover one or more further terms. According to the invention, the cost function is created such that when it is expanded to depend on the first term, the second term and at least one further term it still maintains the same mutual relationship between the first term and the second term.
