PURPOSE: Metal film laminate manufacturing method is provided to prevent a peeling off of a copper film after three metal film laminates formation as a pair of copper foils is strongly fixed on resin-impregnated base material by an anchor effect. CONSTITUTION: The metal film laminate manufacturing method is as follows. The insulating base material(2) is successively inserted between a pair of metal films(3,3A,3B) intervals, and pair of metal plates intervals. The insulating base material is pressed and heated to form the metal film laminates. A pair of metal films of metal film laminates is attached on both sides of the insulating base material. The ratio of areas for each metal plate to areas for the insulating base material is 0.75~0.95.
