PURPOSE: A coolant pipe cutting device is provided to reduce cost by excluding a usage of a cylinder because gripping and cutting processes are connected by an operation of a cam unit reciprocating by a driving unit. CONSTITUTION: A coolant pipe cutting device comprises driving and a cam units(30,50). The driving part comprises a drive motor(41), a crank unit(45), and a connection bracket(49). The crank unit is connected by an operation of the drive motor. The connection bracket is reciprocated left and right by the crank unit. The cam unit comprises a pair of shafts(51), first, second and third plane cams, and a fixed plate. The first, second, and third plane cams are successively arranged between shafts. The fixed plate is arranged between the first and second plane cams arranged between shafts. The fixed plate is joined with the connection bracket and connected to a notch forming unit(10).
