PURPOSE: An amplifier and an operating method thereof are provided to amplify a fast input to a low noise output by using a switched capacitor circuit in a semiconductor device. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier includes an amplification unit which amplifies an input signal of a first level into an output signal of a second level. The amplifier includes a switched capacitor circuit unit for amplifying a low noise output at a high settling speed of the amplification unit. The switched capacitor circuit unit includes a first capacitor(215), a second capacitor(220), a first switch(225), and a third switch(235), and a fourth switch(240). The first to fourth switches are connected between the output terminal of the amplification unit and the connection terminal of the first and second capacitors and the amplification unit. |
