PURPOSE: A robot, a reference voltage generating circuit used in a robot transmission path, and a hub device including the same are provided to enable a user to use a servo device according to the use of each joint by mixing an RS485 type servo device and a TTL type servo device. CONSTITUTION: A voltage generating circuit(30) is installed in a transmission path(15) between a control device(20) with an RS485 type and a servo device. A power voltage generating circuit maintains one signal of a differential signal with a preset potential between an H level and an L level. A zener diode or resistance division circuit is used as the voltage generating circuit.
