摘要 <p>PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a lithium ion capacitor and the lithium ion capacitor manufactured thereby are provided to increase the amount of lithium ion which is finally occluded in a cathode by utilizing an anode as the storage media of the lithium ion. CONSTITUTION: A lithium metal is arranged in a capacitor cell which includes an anode, a separation film, and a cathode. The electrolyte including lithium salt is impregnated in the capacitor cell. The lithium ion in the electrolyte is applied to the cathode. Negative ion is emitted from the anode by short-circuiting the anode and the lithium metal. The lithium ion is emitted from the lithium metal. The lithium ion emitted in the lithium metal is applied to the anode. The lithium ion which is applied to the anode and the lithium ion in the electrolyte are applied to the cathode.</p>
