PURPOSE: A user-perceived performance monitoring method of a web service and program therefor are provided to perform the measurement of a user through minimum investment cost without using a high-priced special tool for performance management. CONSTITUTION: The request time of a group unit work is recorded as group unit work starting time(S11). An HTTP information request time of a transaction unit work is recorded as a transaction unit task start time for a platform engine of a user computing device(S12). The user computing device records a response time receiving HTTP information response as transaction unit task stop time(S17).
