<p>PURPOSE: A facility and a method for producing electricity and compost based on the fermentation of pig excrements are provided to improve the quality of compost without liquid residue by completely fermenting pig excrements. CONSTITUTION: A facility and a method for producing electricity and compost based on the fermentation of pig excrements includes a excrement dropping and transferring part, an excrement storing part, a mixing chamber, a fermenting chamber, a methane gas collecting part, and an electricity producing unit. The excrement dropping and transferring part includes an excrement penetrating plate, a bottom side(20), and an excrement transferring unit(10). The excrement penetrating plate includes a plurality of penetrating holes through which the pig excrement is penetrated. The excrement transferring unit downwardly transfers the pig excrement. The mixing chamber adds a fermenting composition and mixes the composition and the pig excrement. The mixture is fermented to become compost. The methane gas collecting part collects methane gas and product electricity. The heat generated from the electricity producing process is transferred to the excrement dropping and transferring part and the fermenting chamber.</p> |
