<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building unit with an attachable and detachable intermediate floor and the height of the floor is easily changed. <P>SOLUTION: In the building unit T2, the intermediate floor 13 is configured by arranging a plurality of floor panels 16 side by side, and support members 17,18 for supporting the floor panels 16 are attached to columns 11 detachably with its height changeable.
