<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a calibration arm to an axis in such a manner that no unnecessary load is generated in the radial direction of the axis. <P>SOLUTION: A roller 512 connected to a frame 51 supports a peripheral surface of an arm-supporting ring 52 such that the arm-supporting ring 52 to which a calibration arm 81 is connected can be rotated. The arm-supporting ring 52 supports a connection ring 53 such that the connection ring 53 can be moved in a front-back direction. When the connection ring 53 is moved to a back position, the connection ring 53 is separate from and has no interference with an axis joint 54 interposed between axes. When the connection ring 53 is moved to a front position, the connection ring 53 engages with the axis joint 54 in a rotation direction and connects the axis joint 54 to the arm-supporting ring 52. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
