<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To flexibly and efficiently inspect an image inspected by an automatic inspection device by a visual observation as well by a simple configuration and to effectively utilize an inspection result by the visual observation, relating to the remote control inspection support device of the automatic inspection device for inspecting the quality of the image on a monitor screen. <P>SOLUTION: In the remote control inspection support device 3 of the automatic inspection device 2 including imaging means 14 for capturing the image, good quality image storage means 25 storing the images of good quality as good quality images beforehand and automatic inspection means 24 for comparatively collating the captured image and the good quality images to perform an automatic inspection, the remote control operation support device 3 includes: storage means 34 for storing the captured image and an automatic inspection result; display means 32 for displaying the captured image and the automatic inspection result; input means 31 for inputting the determination result of the quality made by the visual observation; good quality captured image storage means 35 for storing the captured image determined to have good quality as a good quality captured image; and control means 33 for executing the replacement control of the good quality captured image and the good quality image. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
