The present invention provides a solar cell module, which belongs to the photovoltaic technical field. The solar cell module (20) of the present invention includes solar cell series (25), a front transparent substrate (21), a back toughened glass plate (27), an adhesive layer (23) for sealing said solar cell series (25) and said front transparent substrate (21) and said back toughened glass plate (27), a bypass diode (24) connected to said solar cell series (25), and a junction box (222) for power supply lines, wherein the area of said back toughened glass plate (27) is less than that of said front transparent substrate (21) so as to form a stacking difference zone (211) on said front transparent substrate (21) at one or more edges, and said bypass diode (24) is fixedly mounted to the stacking difference zone (211) on said front transparent substrate (21). The solar cell module of the present invention has the following advantages: long service life, simple structure, relatively simple manufacturing process, high output power and low cost.
