PURPOSE: A message advertisement providing system and method thereof are provided to supply customized advertisement content to a receiver by searching for advertisement content through keyword extraction and matching analysis. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement agent(210) comprises next. An advertisement controller(211) analyzes a reception message from a sending terminal and extracts at least one keyword related to the advertisement content. The advertisement controller searches for one advertisement content through matching analysis through the extracted keyword.
