PURPOSE: A blasting machine is provided to uniformly form a scratch on the surface of the work piece because a blast body is operating according to a change of a diameter of the pipe and uniformly forms a scratch so that a coating material is securely attached in a uniform thickness. CONSTITUTION: The blast body is rotatably installed. The blade units are expanded to the exterior of the blast body at equal angles. One or more scale removing mean is installed in the exterior of the blast body. A leading end of the scale removing unit adheres closely on the surface of a work piece. The scale removing unit form a scratch on the work piece, while separating a scale of the work piece(100).
