<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display device 1 which uses a plastic substrate 100 in place of a glass substrate, but can solve a problem that a stable characteristic can be hardly achieved and thus reliability is low because the thermal conductivity of the plastic substrate is low and thus heat radiation is low. <P>SOLUTION: A heat conduction layer 310 is provided on a plastic substrate 100, and a lower-side contact layer 113 of a thin film LED 102 is joined to the upper side of the thermal conduction layer 310. Plural thin film LEDs 102 are provided inside a metal frame 303 for heat radiation, and the thermal conduction layer 310 of each thin film LED 102 and the metal frame 303 for heat radiation are connected to each other. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
