<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an object imaging device which can correct a blacking phenomenon with a small circuit configuration. <P>SOLUTION: An object imaging device 1 includes: pixels 11 which convert a charge of a photo diode into a pixel signal; a comparator 32 which compares the pixel signal and a lamp signal; a counter 35 which starts counting by synchronizing with the lamp signal and continues counting until an input signal is reversed; and a comparator output control circuit 33 which is provided between an output end of the comparator 32 and an input end of the counter 35 and to which the pixel signal is input. When the pixel signal exceeds a predetermined value, the comparator output control circuit 33 stops counting when the signal is reversed by supplying a comparison signal Vout output from the comparator 32 to the counter 35 immediately prior to the start of counting. When the pixel signal is equal to or less than the predetermined value, the comparator output control circuit 33 allows full-counting by supplying a signal which is not reversed during the measurement period of the counter 35. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
