<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple, inexpensive white board that is lightweight as a whole, that eliminates the need to attach an accommodating part for a marker or the like by use of other component part, and that can be used whether on a desk or on a wall. <P>SOLUTION: The white board includes a single blank punched from cardboard. The blank includes a drawing area 10 and the accommodating part formation area. The drawing area 10 includes a writing layer formed from ultraviolet curable ink. The accommodating part formation area provides the accommodating part S by sticking the blank in a sack form and assembling it. Since the white board is composed of the single blank made of the cardboard, it is lightweight as a whole. Furthermore, since the accommodating part S can be formed by sticking the blank in the sack form and assembling it, the white board can be manufactured at a low cost.
