PURPOSE: The contact area of the flow valve and the air valve guide diminishes the water leakage due to the malfunction of air valve generated by the foreign material put between the air valve guide and flow valve is prevented. CONSTITUTION: A floater of a foldable air valve comprises an upper body part(200), a lower body part(300), and a hinge unit. The lower body part is combined with the upper body part. The hinge unit is formed in one side of the lower body part and the upper body part, folds or unfolds the upper body part The air generates in water and sewer pipelines, the air valve concentrates pebble for inside, it discharges to outside. The exhaust port are closed after the air discharge, the water leakage is prevented. A plotter(217) of the air valve is formed a plurality of flat disks is laminated. A plotter moves in a plurality of annular rod guides(216) and a base(215) to the top and bottom. A plurality of annular rod guides is fixed and coupled on the upper of the main body. The base is coupled to the end of the annular rod guide.
