PURPOSE: A light emitting apparatus is provided to operate a plurality of cells within a single light emitting chip at the same time by connecting the cells in series, thereby reducing a leakage current by simplifying connections between the cells. CONSTITUTION: Four light emitting device packages are arranged on a substrate(130). The four light emitting device packages include first and second light emitting device packages(200A,200B) connected in series and third and fourth light emitting device packages(200C,200D) connected in series with an opposite polarity of the first and second light emitting device packages. A connection terminal(120) is installed in a case body(110) made of metal or resin. The first to fourth light emitting device packages include one light emitting chip in which a plurality of light emitting diodes comprises a light emitting cell.
