<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser welding device capable of laser-welding a lens made of a thermoplastic resin having high bending angle (for example, 120-180°) and a thermoplastic resin-made member over the entire circumference thereof. <P>SOLUTION: The laser welding device includes: a unit holding a thermoplastic resin-made lens having laser beam permeability and a thermoplastic resin-made member having laser beam absorptivity in a contacted state; a galvano-mirror for scanning the laser beam melting the thermoplastic resin-made member and the thermoplastic resin-made lens contacted with the member by irradiating the resin-made member permeating the resin-made lens; and a galvano-scanning optical system moved to an optional position along a second circular arc. The center of the second circular arc is set at that of a first circular arc or in the vicinity thereof, and the radius of the former is set larger than that of the latter. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
