<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an attaching structure for an acoustic absorbing material, which allows the acoustic absorbing material to efficiently attach to a plurality of surfaces which constitute a ventilation path inner circumferential surface, and which is easy to attach the acoustic absorbing material while enabling a suitable maintenance of the attached state of the acoustic absorbing material. <P>SOLUTION: In the attaching structure for the acoustic absorbing material 4, the acoustic absorbing material 4 is attached in an attaching area S provided to the inner circumferential surface of a case member 3 which serves as the ventilation path. The attaching area S is formed in a bent surface where at least two substantially flat-platelike attaching surfaces are connected together via a folding line. The acoustic absorbing material 4 is formed in a flat-plate shape, and has elasticity. The acoustic absorbing material 4 is disposed in the attaching area S in a state where the acoustic absorbing material 4 is bent. The folding portion of the acoustic absorbing material 4 is fixed by attaching members 32, 32 arranged along the folding line of the attaching area S.
