<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a LED light source device that hardly affected by temperature rises even under continuous lighting, has excellent color rendering properties and sufficient illuminance, and make a user feel nothing wrong as a white light source when it is viewed from the front face. <P>SOLUTION: A LED light source device includes: a first LED light-emitting element 3A that emits white light, a second LED light-emitting element 3C that emits colored light; and a composite prism 11 that covers the second LED light-emitting element 3C. The colored light from the second LED light-emitting element 3C is scattered on a surface of a substrate 3b by the composite prism 11.
