<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas treatment method of a sintering machine that allows exhaust gas from a plurality of sintering machines to join together to be treated all together by single exhaust gas treatment equipment, and follows variation of the air flow or pressure of the exhaust gas by individual sintering machines. <P>SOLUTION: The sintering equipment 1 includes a sintering machine 2, an electric dust collector 3, a main exhauster 4, a boosting fan 5, exhaust gas treatment equipment 6, and a chimney 7 arranged via a flue duct in this order. The method of treating the exhaust gas of the sintering machines by the sintering equipment 1 includes: adjusting the air flow of the boosting fan 5 according to the pressure of the exhaust gas at the inlet side of the boosting fan 5 in allowing the exhaust gas of one or more sintering machines 2 to join together to be treated all together by the single boosting fan 5 and exhaust gas treatment equipment 6; controlling the pressure of the exhaust gas at the inlet side of the boosting fan 5 at a fixed pressure ; and arranging a main exhauster 4 for each sintering machine 2 to allow the exhaust gas to join together at the outlet side of the main exhauster 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
