<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic facility deactivation planning device which can stably plan a facility deactivation plan without increasing processing time while strictly performing an evaluation of system reliability. <P>SOLUTION: An automatic facility deactivation planning device comprises: a work process generating mechanism 151 to generate a work process involving a deactivation of an electric power system facility; and a reliability system planning mechanism 16 which plans a reliability system with respect to each section of the work process generated by the work process generating mechanism 151. The work process generating mechanism 151 effectively generates a combination of work expected to improve an evaluation function due to various conditions, and the reliability system planning mechanism 16 repeatedly performs a process of planning a system configuration with secured system reliability with respect to each section of the generated work process, thereby planning the facility deactivation plan without increasing processing time while strictly evaluating the system reliability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
