Disclosed is a method for producing a composite molded product (8) comprising; preparing a main body member (10) wherein a hollow space (16) is formed inside of the main body member (10) in the longitudinal direction, and a through hole (15)for connecting the hollow space (16) and the external air is formed on a peripheral wall (17) surrounding the hollow space (16) by removing a projection (11) projecting from a surface of the peripheral wall (17); setting the main body member (10) to an openable/closable injection molding die (200); forming a cavity (210) for forming a cushion member by the main body member (10) and a molding surface formed inside of the injection molding die (200) in the longitudinal direction of the main body member (10); connecting the through hole (15) and the cavity (210); and forming a cushion member (9) and a filling portion (80) by filling a heated and fused elastic polymer material injected from an injection gate (220) through the through hole (15) into the cavity (210) and the hollow space (16). The composite molded product (8) produced by the method has a superior shock resistance because the entire length of the hollow space (16) is covered by the filling portion (80).
