<p>A device and method for connecting earphones for a mobile phone are disclosed in the invention. The device includes an earphone jack, an audio encoding and decoding device and a switch switching module. The audio encoding and decoding device is used to encode and decode audio data, the earphone jack is connected to the audio encoding and decoding device via the switch switching module, and used to connect the plugs of the earphones, and the switch switching module is used to switch the connection mode to the connection mode matching the interface standard of the earphone plug when the connection mode of the switch switching module does not match the interface standard of the inserted earphone plug. By applying the device for connecting earphones for the mobile phone in the invention, the mobile phone can be compatible to the earphones with different interface standards.</p> |
