<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for pushing up a web capable of preventing the web of T-shaped steel from being scratched by being rubbed against a web push-up roller when a bend of the T-shaped steel is straightened by pushing the web of the T-shaped steel upward by means of the web push-up roller. <P>SOLUTION: The device 20 for pushing up the web includes the web push-up roller 21 for pushing the web 111 of the T-shaped steel 11 upward, a roller support shaft 22 for rotatably supporting the web push-up roller 21, a roller support base 23 for horizontally supporting the web push-up roller 21 via the roller support shaft 22, and a roller-lifting/lowering mechanism 24 for driving the web push-up roller 21 so as to lift and lower it via the roller support base 23.
