<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simultaneous commensurate device, its control method, and its program which can activate dealing of electric power generated by renewable energy. <P>SOLUTION: A simultaneous commensurate device 1 of this invention comprises: a power distribution control device 3; electric power reading means 4; a memory part 1b which stores dates, amount of electric power load and amount of generated electric power acquired by generated electric power amount measuring means 8 as well as information on a community of a power system 2 to which electric power demanding houses B and C belong; and data analysis processing means 1d. The data analysis processing means 1d is provided to: predict the amount of electric power load and the amount of generated electric power in a future period from the information stored in the memory part 1b, an arbitrary future period, and a weather prediction of the future period; search, from the predicted amounts of electric power load and generated electric power of the future period, the one in which the electric power demand of either of the electric power demanding houses B and C matches a power supply of either of the electric power demanding houses B and C belonging to the same community as the electric power demanding house having a power generation facility B; and select a combination of the electric power demanding house C and the electric power demanding house B which supplies flexible electric power corresponding to the electric power demand from the search results based on the distance between them. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
