<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid overload of a refrigerating machine during cooling operation to enable stable continuous operation; and eliminate recovery operation wasting power at the completion of operation. <P>SOLUTION: The freezer device includes: refrigerating machine units 12A, 12B comprising primary refrigerating cycle devices 14A, 14B using NH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>as a refrigerant and secondary refrigerating cycle devices 30A, 30B using CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>as a refrigerant; and a freezer 60 including a belt conveyor 66 for a freezed object on the inner side. A plurality of air coolers 72a-f each having heat exchange pipes 83 and an air circulation fan 84 are provided within the freezer 60. CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>refrigerant liquid is supplied from the refrigerating machine units 12A, 12B to the air coolers 72a-f to cool interior air. Solenoid on-off valves 81a-f interposed in CO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>sending branch pipes 76d-f are opened/closed. By operating number control of the air coolers 72a-f and start/stop or rotational frequency control of the air circulation fans 84, overload of the refrigerating machine units 12A, 12B is prevented, to enable continuous stable operation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
