<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-phase converter capable of exploiting ability to the full without degrading an output power capacity of each LLC current resonance converter even after multi-phasing. <P>SOLUTION: The multi-phase converter is configured by connecting in parallel a plurality of AC-DC converters which are configured by connecting in series a power factor adjusting circuit and a DC-DC converter to which an output of the power factor adjusting circuit is supplied.
