<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a panel device which vibrates a diaphragm well and stably supports the diaphragm with fixing members. <P>SOLUTION: A panel device 10 includes fixing members 1A and 1B, which are fixed to an attachment surface 20, a diaphragm 2 which is attached to and supported by the fixing members, and a vibration generator 3 fixed to the diaphragm. The fixing members are provided so as to support the diaphragm by fitting in end portions of the diaphragm. Multiple projections 6A and 6B, which project so as to make point contact with an inner surface of the diaphragm while fitting into the end portions of the diaphragm 2, are provided at the fixing members.
