This invention is directed to provision of a folding type mobile radio device which employs a rotation two-axis structure and which can ensure a stable antenna performance in both of two closed states, that is, a normally closed state and a reversely closed state and the body of which is slim and compact. In the normally closed state in which a first surface of a third case (12), on which a liquid crystal display (15) thereof exists, is opposed to a first case (10), a second ground conductor (16) is disposed between a first circuit board (13), which is a first ground conductor, and a place where a feeding unit (17a) and a part of an antenna element (17) are existent. In the reversely closed state in which a second surface of the third case (12), which is opposite to the first surface thereof, is opposed to the first case (10), the feeding unit (17a) and the part of the antenna element (17) are disposed between the first circuit board (13), which is the first ground conductor, and the second ground conductor (16).
